01

Assess & define

Discuss goals and inspect the existing conditions. Confirm the structural questions, the opening you want, and the boundaries of the work.

02

Engineer & coordinate

Address structural design and required approvals. Coordinate the beam, support points, connections, and any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC changes.

03

Protect & prepare

Plan access, material handling, protection, and temporary support with the qualified project team before the load-bearing wall is disturbed.

04

Remove & install

Carry out the planned structural work with appropriate temporary support. Beam and connection installation follow the project’s specified design.

05

Inspect & restore

Complete required checks and inspections. Restore the agreed ceiling, flooring, wall, trim, and paint finishes.

06

Review & hand over

Walk through the completed scope together and discuss any remaining items. The goal is an opening that belongs naturally in your home.

Some loads
are invisible.

A wall’s appearance does not tell you everything it supports. Loads may come from roofs, floors, or walls above, and the new supports must carry them safely into the existing structure. This is why load-bearing wall removal needs qualified assessment, planning, and execution—not a DIY demolition sequence.
